You can exchange the defective product for a brand new one or get your money refunded to your account. We will process return requests in 7-14 days.

• Send us videos and relevant images of the defect to quickly process the refund/exchange process
• Products that are used, washed, or soiled will not be accepted for an exchange or a refund
